Please keep the packing slip that you receive with your shipment. If you need to return your purchase, please complete the return/exchange information on your slip and include it with your merchandise. Ship your package by insured parcel post or UPS ground to:

If you no longer have the packing slip that accompanied your order, please include a note specifying your name, shipping address (including zip code), reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange, replacement or refund.

STANDARD DELIVERY
We ship orders by the United States Postal Service. Standard delivery orders should arrive at their destinations 10 to 14 business days from the date the order is received in our system, pending credit card authorization of your order*
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
$9.98 + Standard Delivery charges per address. Allow 4-5 business days total for delivery of regular items. *
NEXT BUSINESS DAY AIR
$27.98 + Standard Delivery charges per address. Place your order by 11:00 A.M. CST, Monday – Friday for delivery the next business day, pending credit card authorization of your order. *

Standard Delivery Shipping and Handling charges depends on the destination and the value of your order. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery.
Expedited delivery and Next Business Day Air is available to the continental U.S.A. only. Drop ship and ship-alone items and expedited orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Out of stock items cannot be sent by Expedited Delivery or Next Business Day Air.
BACK ORDERS
UNITED STATES
Back ordered items shipping to U.S. addresses are most often delivered via the U.S. Postal Service. In most cases, you can expect delivery 3 – 7 business days after the item is back in stock. Large items or orders, may ship via another carrier.
CANADA
Backordered items are shipped via Canada regular shipping and handling. In most cases, you can expect delivery 5-11 business days after the item is back in stock. Delivery may take longer for some items.
OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Backordered items shipping outside the United States or Canada are shipped via International Air mail. In most cases, you can expect delivery 2-3 weeks after the item is back in stock. Delivery may take longer for some items.
SALES TAX
6% Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges for the state of KY only.
